considered reserved
until payment has been received. GeoAfrica 2009 will invoice you for the stand,
at which time
you will be able to pay either by cheque, credit card or EFT.
If payment is not
received in the time specified by your invoice you may loose your reservation.

The Exhibition will be held indoors - (30 Stands) where Manufacturers and Professional Service Providers will be able to showcase products and services to potential clients throughout Africa. It will be a showcase for all geosynthetic related industries and services and will be held concurrently with the conference. If you would like to promote your services or products, please contact the Exhibition Secretariat.

Registration, Accommodation and Travel
To register your representatives and book their accommodations, please choose a booth from the floor map above. Accommodation is available for exhibitors and delegates at the Southern Sun Cape Sun Hotel, which is the conference and exhibition venue. For more information on the comprehensive list of accommodation establishments please click here. We have negotiated preferential rate for the conference delegates/exhibitors - all bookings must be done via the Conference Secretariat to qualify for these rates.
Social Programme
Seats for the Theme Evening taking place at the Southern Sun Cape Sun Hotel on the 4th September will be available for sale at a cost of 400 ZAR. The Welcome Function will be included in the fee.

We are pleased to offer an early bird rate until 30 November 2008. The rates will then increase to all exhibitors from 1 December 2008. These increased rates are the late registration rates depicted on each stand’s details, when you click on the stand of your choice. We will however offer IGS Corporate members the early bird rates throughout.
Stand Details
The exhibition will stretch over two floors with thirty stands of various sizes. There are shell scheme packages as well floor space only available.
